Door and window processing technology

Step 1: Assemble the insulation strip with the aluminum profile

The aluminum profile and the insulating strip are pressed together through a specific slot using a machine, resulting in a very stable combination. Through this step, the window frame becomes a bridge-cutoff aluminum window frame. Coupled with the cavity inherent to the aluminum material, the aluminum frame also possesses insulation capabilities, effectively preventing the occurrence of cold bridges.

Step 2: Profile processing

According to the requirements of different window sizes, the frames are cut to suitable lengths. At the same time, to meet the needs of splicing and hardware installation, processes such as 45-degree angle cutting, drilling, and chipping are further carried out on the window frames. We have different automated equipment to meet the relevant processing requirements.

Step 3: Assembling the frame and sash

Assemble the cut frame components into a single unit, using corner connectors at the joints and injecting two-component sealant to ensure the overall strength of the frame and sash.

Step 4: Press the weatherstrip and install the glazing bead

Press a suitable sealing strip onto the frame sash, ensuring that the appearance is straight and level after pressing, without any twisting or deformation. The surface should be free of cracks, curling, or shortages, and the sealing should be ensured. The model and color of the pressing line should correspond to the drawing, with no obvious gaps or height differences.

Step 5: Hardware assembly and debugging

On the operation platform, the worker skillfully installed the hardware that matched the windows. The hardware model and color were correct, the screws were not loose, there were no omissions, and the opening was flexible without any noise.
